The nicest people ever and great seafood!
The dinner we had here was one of the highlights of our recent two week trip in Costa Rica. If you’re in Drake Bay, you definitely don’t want to miss this place! The food is so fresh and so good! There were rolling power outages in town while we were there and the lights went out and they brought out candles for all the tables and every table had card games, the staff didn’t miss a beat. It was a lovely experience and the view of the bay and sound of the waves just outside made it even better.
A wonderful little family-run restaurant that truly shines when it comes to fresh fish and seafood. Every day, the fresh catch from the sea is delivered here and prepared with great care and incredible flavor. But this restaurant is not only a great choice for fish lovers. If you prefer a good steak or a delicious burger, you won’t be disappointed either. They also serve local dishes that are absolutely delicious. All of this comes at very fair and reasonable prices, making it a fantastic place for a relaxed and authentic meal. Highly recommended!

Plenty, and not as an afterthought. Most of what we cook starts in our own garden, so the vegetable dishes are the ones we are proudest of. Tell us about allergies and we will cook around them.
Yes. Bring back what the crew filleted for you on the fishing trip and Doña Francis will cook it however you like it. It is one of our favourite things to do.
